About me
I'm a freelance content strategist and storyteller who loves figuring out how organisations talk about what they do, and fixing it when it's not working.
I've spent 10+ years leading content teams across agencies, companies, and global brands; building systems, fixing broken workflows, helping teams scale and of course creating effective content. But what I'm really doing is listening: to what people need, to what's broken, to the story no one's articulated yet.
Because most of all, I'm curious about people. What they do, why they care, what makes them proud and excited. This goes for both your audience and your team: good content is about understanding your audience and what they actually want to hear, and then building the work environment that lets your team deliver exactly that.
Oh, and about AI: I've spent years working with AI in content production. It's useful. It's also not the answer to a strategy problem. But a strong strategy is what turns AI from a volume machine into a genuinely useful tool.
