Workshops and Training
Every day is a school day
What it is
Hands-on workshops and training sessions for content, marketing, and brand teams who need to level up their skills — whether that's content strategy, using AI properly, building workflows, or just getting everyone aligned on what good content actually looks like.
I don't do theoretical frameworks or long lectures. I do practical, applicable training that teams can use straight after, or solve an immediate need. Sessions can be standalone or part of a longer transformation process (usually paired with an audit or strategy engagement).
Topics
I tailor every session to what your team actually needs, but here are the areas I typically cover:
Content strategy fundamentals
What content strategy actually is (and isn't). How to build editorial positioning, map audience journeys, and create a strategy that guides day-to-day decisions.
Sometimes you just need someone outside the building to ask the right questions. I facilitate creative brainstorms and ideation sessions when your team is stuck on a campaign, content challenge, or strategic decision. Fresh perspective, structured process, better ideas.

AI in Content — Human-First, Tool-Second
How to use AI to scale without losing your voice. Practical workflows for ideation, drafting, editing, and production. What AI is good at, what it's terrible at, and how to stay in control.
Getting everyone on the same page about what content is for, who owns it, and how decisions get made. Building a content culture that works.
Team Alignment & Content Operations
… and much more!
Why it matters
Your team is smart, but they're working with outdated processes, unclear strategy, or tools they don't know how to use properly. Someone said "we need a content strategy" but no one knows what that actually means in practice. Everyone's heard they should use AI, but no one knows how without it sounding generic.
Or sometimes you simply need someone who looks at things with fresh eyes, and guides your team through it.
Workshops and training bridge the gap between "we know we should do this" and "we know how to do this." It aligns the team, builds capability, and gives everyone a shared language for what good content operations look like.
