Content Audit
Clarity before action
What it is
A full assessment of how your content operations actually work right now — not how they're supposed to work, but how they really work. I look at your goals, strategy, tools, team structure, workflows, and output quality.
You get a detailed report with a gap analysis and a prioritised roadmap tied to your goals and budget. No fluff, no generic recommendations — just an honest picture of what's working, what's broken, and what to fix first.
Step 1: Discovery
I talk to your team, review your content across channels, and map your current workflows. I'm looking at what you produce, why and how you produce it, who's involved, what tools you're using, and where the friction is.
My Process
Step 2: Analysis
I score your operations across key areas, depending on what kind of content operation you have: strategy clarity and alignment, production efficiency, team capability, tooling, and quality consistency. I identify gaps, bottlenecks, and quick wins.
Step 3: Report & Roadmap
You get a report with findings, a scored maturity model, and a prioritised roadmap. Each recommendation is tied to impact and effort, so you know what to tackle first based on your goals and budget.
Step 4: Walkthrough
We meet to walk through the findings and roadmap together. You leave with clarity on what to do next — and whether I'm the right person to help you do it.
Why it matters
Most teams know something isn't working, but they don't know what specifically or how to fix it. You're producing more but it's not landing. Quality is slipping. The team is stretched. AI is meant to help but no one knows how to use it properly.
The problem isn't always obvious. Sometimes it's the strategy. Sometimes it's the workflows. Sometimes it's the team structure or the tools or the fact that no one actually owns content as a function.
An audit gives you clarity. It surfaces the real blockers, quantifies the cost of not fixing them, and gives you a roadmap you can actually action — whether that's with me, with your internal team, or with someone else.
